I think you should add on to your dream map and make some room for wild horses, that way horses can choose if they want to be wild or have an owner.

It's a good idea, and there are a small few horse dreams like that, but as Clouded stated, this isn't one of them. Have you noticed how big Ohara is compared to another wild/domestic horse dream? It's because Clouded made this just for domestic. Besides, there's only so much room you can make in your dream. Maybe Clouded just doesn't have enough space.
